- 30 grams of dried laurel leaves
Boil the water, and add the leaves. Cook them for a few minutes. Then, remove from heat, cover, and leave the tea to cool.
Strain, and sweeten with a natural sweetener. Drink the tea twice daily, in the morning, and before going to sleep.
